Bosley’s does not provide personally identifying information (ie. your name, address, telephone) to any 3rd party supplier, except any suppliers who manufacture the products you purchase under our Buy 10 Bags Get 1 Free program. We DO record information regarding the purchases made with your Bosley’s VIP Plus Membership Card to help us provide you with special offers and other VIP Plus Loyalty Program information. Bosley’s may also use this information to provide you with tailored coupon offers that are provided to Bosley’s by our suppliers.

Bosley’s Buy 10 Bags Get 1 Free Rules and Regulations require that we provide our suppliers with your name, address, telephone number and proof of your purchases and eligibility for your free bags. You may receive information or special offers from these suppliers.

I acknowledge and agree that Bosley’s in its sole discretion, has the right at any time for any reason whatsoever to terminate or change the VIP Plus program including but not limited to revoking any or all of my VIP Plus card benefits, revoking my card privileges and cancelling my VIP Plus card without notice and without further compensation.
