If you already have a Bosley's VIP Plus Membership Card, the following form will set you up online and enable you to take advantage of all the benefits of a VIP Plus Membership.
In order to register online, your phone number and VIP Plus Card number must be entered correctly, and we must already have this information on file in your customer account. If we do not have a record of your phone number or you do not know your customer card number, you will need to come into your nearest Bosley's store location and have us update your account information in our customer records before you will be able to initially login to the website. Once you are registered online, you will be able to update and modify your profile information online
