Bring along your pooch and come join us at beautiful Stanley Park for a day of family fun at the Scotiabank and BC SPCA Paws for a Cause Walk. Once there you will be able to enjoy fantastic entertainment and activities, all in support of our favourite furry friends.
Faster Paws for a Cause...
Does your dog need a faster pace? Do they want to lead the pack? Join the BC SPCA Inaugural 5km fun run with your dog in beautiful Stanley Park... The amazing scenic route takes you past Lighthouse point and back to Lumberman’s Arch where you and your companion join the rest of the Paws crew for a fun day. Get in quick, the first 100 runners to register will receive a free aluminum drink bottle and race bib!
$35 registration includes an event t-shirt, bib, bag and treats! Plus all runners will be entered into a special prize draw...

By participating in Scotiabank and BC SPCA Paws for a Cause you're helping to speak for those who can't speak for themselves. The BC SPCA provides emergency medical care and sheltering for 37,000 animals each year through its 41 facilities and operations across B.C. The society also conducts more than 4,600 cruelty investigations and provides a wide range of advocacy and education programs for domestic, farm and wild animals.
Event Information:
Registration: Starts at 9am - With your registration you will also receive a Red Bull Energy Drink or Red Bull Energy Shot.
Run: 10:30am. 5km through the park
Walk: 11am. 3.5km through the park
