To Enter: No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years older, and a legal resident of British Columbia, Canada. Entrants under the legal age of majority are only eligible to win provided that the winning entrants parent or legal guardian accepts the prize on his/her behalf.
1(a) To enter starting at 10:00 am on July 19th, 2008, go to Bosley’s Pet Food Plus (1790 Island Hwy, Colwood) and have your pet’s photo taken before 5:00pm on July 19th, 2008, the Contest Closing Date (b) The winning photo will be posted on Bolsey’s Pet Food Plus website at www.bosleys.com by July 25th, 2008 . Selected entrant will be contacted by phone at the number listed on the entry ballot. (c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached by July 25th, 2008 or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected on or before August 1st, 2008. (d) . Winner must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill testing mathematical question. (e) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, another entrant will be selected on or before August 1st, 2008. (f) Only one (1) entry per household.
2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this contest. 3. Participants will be eligible to win one (1) of one (1) prize valued at $200.00 and which each consists of a gift card to Bosley’s Pet Food Plus
3. Prize must be accepted as awarded, and is non-transferable
4. Contest is open to all, except those who have won a major prize (over $1,000) from the Jim Pattison Broadcast Group (JPBG)/ Bosley’s Pet Food Plus within the past 12 (twelve) months, employees of the sponsor(s), it’s/their subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families.
5. Only 1 (one) prize will be awarded per household per address. The decision of the contest judges is final. In the event that an entrant is not eligible, or cannot be contacted after diligent efforts by Bosley’s Pet Food Plus Inc., the Bosley’s Pet Food Plus Inc. has the right to re-draw another entrant as prize winner, and is released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in the regard.
6. All entries become the property of The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group/ Bosley’s Pet Food Plus, who assumes no responsibilities for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries.
7. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph and/or voice, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by the sponsors.
8. The sponsors accept no liability or responsibility in connection with injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of this contest or the prizes awarded. The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group reserves the right to add/delete accompaniments to the Prize Package at its sole discretion and/or subject to availability.
9. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
10. Bosley's Pet Food Plus Inc reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air, indicating that person as the winner
11. The JPBG/ Bosley’s Pet Food Plus may withhold any, or all contest materials for any reason management deems crucial, to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising.
12. Only one entry per pet. Multiple entries will be discarded.
13. By entering this contest, the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these rules.
14. The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group/ Bosley’s Pet Food Plus holds the right to amend contest rules and/or change contest rules at any time without notice.
