Bosleys carries many different products aimed at training cats in proper behavior and deterring them from participating in negative behavior. We carry taste deterrent sprays from a few different companies to deter cats from chewing on cords and inedible plants within the home. We also carry scratch deterrents for use in the home, such as Pet Organics No Scratch Spray and Cosmic Paws Away Strips. Both of these products deter cats from choosing to scratch furniture or things pet parents prefer cats to keep their nails off of.
Bosley’s also carries electronic training tools under the Petsafe and Multivet brands that are designed to deter cats from designated areas. The Multivet SssCat and Petsafe Scat Mat are both electronic training devices that have senors to detect the cat’s presence and emit an audible warning tone prior to the correction being delivered. After the warning tone has been emitted the Multivet SssCat will let out a burst of compressed air to scare the cat off. The Petsafe Scat Mat lets off a static correction that is circulated throughout the mat, and will result in the cat leaving the area.
